Meet Steve Nigzus

Steve thoroughly enjoys his career in real estate, whether it be assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting a property. Steve has had a successful career in Information Technology, and most recently as a Chief Information Officer and previously as a senior director of Information Technology at Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments, and Investors Bank & Trust [now part of State Street].

While in his early 20's, Steve's passion for real estate started with his land purchases in Harvard, MA. He went on to build several homes as well as renovate others for resale. This passion led Steve to real estate sales almost 35 years ago. As a part-time agent at first, Steve honed his skills on how to best advise buyers and sellers so that all parties were pleased with the results.

Since 2008, Steve has been a full-time agent representing both buyers and sellers across central and eastern Massachusetts and now, on the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well. For Steve, it's not just about signing a listing agreement with a seller, it's being there throughout the entire process and either avoiding those challenges that come up or negotiating a way through them.

When not on their farm in Harvard, Steve and his husband George Triantaris enjoy their oceanside retreat in lovely Bristol, Rhode Island.
