Meet Nina Murphy

Nina Murphy has been a resident of Bristol, Rhode Island for over twenty years. The Massachusetts native grew up learning about real estate from her mother and uncles in the business. A landlord for over 30 years, Nina is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and also does referrals across the United States. Whether representing sellers, buyers, landlords, or tenants, Nina’s clients appreciate her ability to assess and navigate their real estate needs, and has an innate penchant for connecting people for what they need when they need it from plumbers to pilates instructors.

A graduate of Boston College, Nina pens 'Voices Of The Bay’ a monthly column in The Bay Magazine. Nina and her husband Bart Ferris are parents to Ryder and Reyn Ferris who were both educated in the Bristol Warren Regional School District of which Nina was an active parent volunteer and continues to support various student activities. She and Bart have been long time members of the Bristol Elks Lodge and co-chair the Americanism Essay contest. She also serves on the Board of Tax Assessment Review for the Town of Bristol, RI. Nina enjoys reading, entertaining, and a range of outdoor athletic activities.
